Permitted use
This service is intended for lawful personal informational and dating-safety purposes only. It must not be used for employment, housing, lending, insurance or any other regulated eligibility decision.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use reports to stalk, harass, blackmail, extort, doxx, steal identity, discriminate illegally, threaten or gain unauthorized access. Violations result in termination.
No guarantees
Public-record databases can contain outdated, incomplete or incorrectly matched information. VerifyMyDate does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always verify consequential information using the original source.
Disclaimer
Reports are for personal informational purposes only. VerifyMyDate is not a consumer reporting agency and its reports are not consumer reports under the FCRA or equivalent laws.
Payments
The Complete Report is a one-time $19.99 payment. Optional monitoring is a separate subscription you explicitly opt into. No recurring charge unless you choose it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyMyDate is not liable for decisions made based on reports. You are responsible for how you use the information.
